Abstract

A 7-year-old young boy presented to the hospital with 2-day history of painless bruise over his legs. There were no other significant symptoms or any past history of note and no family history of similar problems. System examination was unremarkable except for a moderate-sized bruise over both lower legs and a small bruise over the right knee. His weight and height were just over the 50th centile.
