Abstract

In this study, aerospace component was selected for selective laser melting (SLM) process of AlSi10Mg is consider for thermal analysis simulation by additive software. The material used different process parameters for thermal analysis simulation to evaluate for manufacturing free additive manufacturing (AM) component. The process simulation given a better understands of part with high density manufacturing for AM process parameters. The other software was used for topology optimization (TO) for given loading conditions with proper support structure based on the maximum weight at centre of gravity (C.G). The aim of this study to conduct the thermal simulation and topology optimization process parameter of metal AM of AlSi10Mg.
