Abstract
Considerable attention has been paid lately to the development of laser detection technique of ultrasmall substance amount in order to achieve ultimate sensitivity of single atoms and molecules level. Among all the methods used for detection one of the most perspective at atomic approach is the method of selective stepwise ionization of atoms by laser radiation[hl. This method at saturation regime makes it possible to convert every atom into ion [1,2].
