Abstract

In the past, the virtual power plant (VPP) only considered economic optimization during the operation process, and ignored the safety of the distribution network, which caused the difficulty of implementing the VPP demonstration project. With the vigorous implementation of poverty alleviation policies such as photovoltaics, a large number of distributed power sources, mainly photovoltaics, have been connected to the grid. On the one hand, there may be a reverse flow of power and cause voltage over-limit problems. On the other hand, it also makes the composition of VPP present a variety of possibilities. In order to improve the utilization of existing resources in the distribution network, some resources in the distribution network are selected to aggregate into virtual power plants, and the different functions of photovoltaic, energy storage, electric vehicles and other resources in VPP and in the distribution network are analyzed. The distributed resource control strategy of VPP and distribution network is proposed, and the optimization model of VPP member selection considering the economy of VPP and the security of distribution network is established, and the improved IEEE33 node system is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
