Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of different modes of delivery in women with scar uterine pregnancy,to choose the best mode according to different situations,and to minimize the unfavorable factors of scar uterine pregnancy.Methods The data on 349 pregnant women with scar uterus who had given childbirth were retrospectively analyzed.The SPSS was used to assess the effects of different modes of delivery on these women.Results 192 women received Cesarean section and 157 received try of,133 of whom succeeded in delivery,with a rate of 84.7%.Length of hospital stay was shorter and amount of bleeding was smaller in vaginal delivery group than in Cesarean section group,with a statistical significance.Conclusions Cesarean section scar uterus is not the only mode of delivery in women with scar uterus.Try of vaginal delivery is safe and reliable under reasonable conditions.
