Abstract

The process of nonstationary heat transfer in layered objects is considered. The propagation of thermal waves in these systems is analyzed for various parameters of adjacent regions and the interface. It is shown that proper allowance for variation of the thermal flux via a boundary layer in terms of the capacitive thermal impedance significantly increases the accuracy of calculations and simplifies the simulation of nonstationary thermal fields in multilayer objects.
