Abstract
John M. Clochesy, RN, MS, CS, Associate Director of Nursing at University Medical Center, Tucson, Arizona, has used clinical computers in the critical care setting since 1980 and has been involved in design and implementation of management information systems in nursing. Richard A. Henker, RN, BS, CCRN, used clinical computers at the Center for Trauma and Life Support at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently exploring further computer applications as he completes a master's degree in medical-surgical nursing.
