Abstract

The publicystom is addressed primarily to pole Wdo arce responsie for the propenfunctioning of Social Welfare Centers (directors and managers) and to people whoperform public functions and practically create self-government in local governmentcommunities (presidents of cities, mayors and commune heads).In the presented article, the author points out the problem of the safety deficitof social workers during the performance of social work in the field and in office work.In the study, he points to selected case studies that prove that the area of work safetyof social workers is still a current problem.The text presents the tools with which Social Welfare Centers try to eliminatethe deficit of occupational safety of social workers and office workers. Attention wasdrawn to the ineffectiveness of the tools used or to their incorrect use.
