Abstract
This annex section of this book titled From ILO Standards to EU Law contains an articles related to European Union (EU) laws. The directives of EU discussed in the annex include: Council Directive 75/117/EEC of 10 February 1975 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the application of the principle of equal pay for men and women; and Council Directive of 9 February 1976 on the implementation of the principle of equal treatment for men and women as regards access to employment, vocational training and promotion, and working conditions. It also includes Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006 on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and equal treatment of men and women in matters of employment and occupation (recast), and The EU Charter of Fundamental Rights OJ.Keywords: equal pay; equal treatment; European Union (EU) laws; vocational training
