Abstract
In this episode, Isaac Crumbly shares the journey of the Cooperative Developmental Energy Program (known as CDEP) at Fort Valley State University. The program is designed to pave the way for African American students to join the energy industry. Crumbly challenges the geophysics community to embrace the perspectives of under-represented individuals and support the journey toward a more inclusive industry.
