Abstract
Denver transformed into the worldwide hub of geophysical expertise in October, during the 80th SEG Annual Meeting and International Exposition. More than 7000 people converged in the mile-high city for the world's largest geophysical tradeshow. Among them were hundreds of SEG Foundation supporters—donors and volunteers alike. Their enthusiasm for our chosen profession was palpable as they gathered for the SEG Foundation's annual luncheon in the Colorado Convention Center on Monday, 18 October 2010.
