Abstract
Seebeck coefficient of stoichiometric YFe 2 O 4 was observed down below the lower transition temperature. The conduction was n type at lower temperatures. The result was analyzed with two-level hopping model, following Kuipers and Brabers together with a magnetic ordering effect on a mobility. It was suggested that a mobility of holes was greatly reduced by a magnetic ordering effect.
