Abstract

Since September 11 2001, the Australian Federal Government has passed different legislations designed to fight terrorism which includes expansion of laws that target sedition. This law of sedition prohibits speech or writing that is intended to lead to violent conduct and it presents limitations and prohibitions against the rights of freedom of speech.
