Abstract

In today's big data era, the realization of human resource data security management plays an important role. Due to the problems of decentralized management, closed information and low security in the traditional management mode, this paper proposes a human resource data security management system model based on blockchain technology, which is based on the characteristics of blockchain, such as almost non tampering, encrypted transmission traceability and whole process controllability, and proposes some suggestions from the aspects of user rights management, blockchain secure storage and database management It improves the credibility, security and ease of use of data in human resource data management, and solves the problem of safe storage and read-only protection of human resource data.
