Abstract
One of the recent developments in the world of wireless technology is the use of mobile ad hoc networks, which were initially developed for military applications, but now have been expanded to include many commercial applications. The rapid use of wireless communication networks has resulted in the identification of several problems. Earlier, wireless network protocols did not focus much on the quality of service, but recent applications, like multimedia, have impressed the importance of quality of service in wireless communications and this has become the area of potential interest. The study has been done by comparing various reactive routing protocols.
