Through its wholly‐owned subsidiaries, Security Bank of Bibb County, Security Bank of Houston County, Security Bank of Jones County, Security Bank of North Metro, Security Bank of North Fulton, and Security Bank of Gwinnett County (collectively known as the Banks), Co. is engaged in providing community banking services. The banks provide a range of retail and commercial banking products and services, as well as investment management and financial planning services through its wholly‐owned subsidiary, CFS Wealth Management. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. had total assets of about $2.83 billion and total deposits of approximately $2.30 billion.
