Abstract

ABSTRACT Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has transformed several sectors. The seamless integration of digital and physical technologies has transformed company operations. This connection enables the construction and usage of digital twins, sophisticated digital replicas of assets, systems, and processes. IIoT and digital twinning are revolutionizing several sectors by opening up new opportunities. Virtual twins are dynamic, accurate duplicates of real-world items. Digital twins are used in infrastructure, industrial machinery, urban planning, and healthcare. This study introduced SA-GSA-based session key creation. This research suggests using the Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) and Self Adaptive (SA) methods to efficiently choose the session key. Due to the hybrid approach, key creation is secure and optimal for each domain and device. The hybrid algorithm continually evaluates security and adjusts key generation settings to counter new attacks. The hybrid SA-GSA method boosts system performance by efficiently allocating resources and validating transactions. The research might benefit several sectors by ensuring digital twin data reliability in IoT scenarios. This may improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and predictive maintenance. Hybrid SA-GSA algorithm and blockchain integration create a strong trust mechanism that ensures data security and integrity, enabling industrial adoption of digital twin technology.
