Abstract

Inexplicably, the National Deaf Center on Postsecondary Outcomes, a technical assistance program funded by the Department of Education, has inaccurately opined on the legal question of whether Section 504 and the Americans with Disabilities Act apply to study abroad (see https://bit.ly/2M1X6wQ), asking on its website: “Are institutions required to provide accommodations for students in study abroad programs?”
