Abstract
Comparaison du developpement des anticorps IgA secretoires (SIgA) salivaires contre l'antigene O d'E. coli chez 15 enfants et 20 adultes suedois et chez 13 enfants et 13 adultes pakistanais. Les nourrissons peuvent des 2 a 3 semaines de vie repondre par la production de SIgA a l'exposition microbienne. La reponse est plus precoce chez les pakistanais. Pas de parallelisme avec la reponse des anticorps IgA seriques qui est demeuree faible dans les 2 groupes
