Abstract

The article deals with the issue of providing an information-safe environment for Russian schoolchildren. This aspect is considered as an obligatory component of the creation and functioning of the information and educational environment in the secondary school. The authors describe the structure of the secondary school’s educational information environment and the system of their interaction, as well as provide a number of regulations that adjust the functioning of the educational information environment of the school. The main factors that determine the problem of information security of schoolchildren according to the level of information technologies development are indicated. The information security system of school № 5 in Pavlovo is analyzed. The threats and measures to ensure students’ information security are identified. The necessity of integrating the information security system into practice of educational institutions is substantiated. The authors propose a model of an information-safe environment for a secondary school. The overview of the main software tools for ensuring the information security of the school is presented
