Abstract

The ophthalmic community does not have specific data on the epidemiology of secondary glaucoma against the background of idiopathic expansion of the episcleral veins, risk factors for the development of this disease. There are no generally accepted guidelines for the management and treatment of such patients. Based on our own observation, this paper presents data on the diagnostic tactics and tactics of treating a patient with secondary glaucoma against the background of idiopathic expansion of the episcleral veins.
