Abstract
Rotation symmetric Boolean functions have been used as components of different cryptosystems. How to construct rotation symmetric Boolean functions with good cryptographic properties is an interesting and significant problem. So far little attempt has been made to provide secondary constructions of rotation symmetric Boolean function. In this paper, based on indirect sum, Maiorana-McFarland functions and concatenation, we propose secondary constructions of rotation symmetric Boolean functions with resiliency, bentness and high algebraic immunity.
