Abstract

A drastic reduction in the reflection of second sound from the phase-separation interface in $^{3}\mathrm{He}$-$^{4}\mathrm{He}$ mixtures is observed below 0.1 K. A thermo-hydrodynamic analysis shows that the results are intermediate between a simple estimate of the kinetic coefficients involved and a quasiequilibrium situation.
