Abstract
Study of the magnetic susceptibility, electroresistivity and specific heat of Er and Tm single crystals allowed us to conclude that at the Neel points of these metals a second order phase transition occurs. At the same time we detected some significant differences of the character of transformation from the theoretical predictions for systems with two-component order parameter. Near the TN one can see additional anomalies testifying to the presence of intermediate phases probably of the soliton type.
