Abstract
An analysis of second harmonic power generation in collisionless, unmagnetized plasma bounded by parallel plates is presented, which predicts much higher yield under appropriate plate separation and input energy than the maximum reported yield for unbound plasma. One can therefore look for optimization of second harmonic power by choosing suitable parameters.
