Abstract

Abstract Burn injuries are among the most fascinating and difficult cases that arise in everyday clinical practice. We present the case of a 10-year-old kid who sustained an unintentional second-degree partial-thickness burn injury. The youngster experienced discomfort and burning at the impact site, in addition to limited movement. Cantharis 200 was given to him internally; glycerine lotion was applied externally; and a dilution of Cantharis 200 was used for dressing. The patient showed notable improvement in just 6 weeks, as demonstrated by the Modified Naranjo Criteria for Homoeopathy (MONARCH) score of 9, which indicated relevance in treatment outcome.
