In general, resting blood pressure has seasonal variation and OH may become worsen in summer and ameliorated in winter. It has not yet been studied whether orthostatic intolerance has seasonal changes and it influences on seasonal variation of resting blood pressure in PD. The purpose of this study is to elucidate how orthostatic intolerance in PD is influenced by climatic differences.
