Abstract
Anabaenopsis Raciborskii Wolosz. has been described in detail with special reference to its morphological variants, which sometimes appear similar to Raphidiopsis indica Singh and Cylindrospermum species. The variants have been shown to be seasonal in distribution. Details of heterocyst and akinete formation have been followed.
