Abstract

The blood coagulation in dogs was investigated from December 1954 to August 1956. The one-stage-method ofQuick showed no important changes, while the recalcification time was longer during the warm periods in summer as compared with the previous and following periods. In cases of prolonged recalcification time, there was found to be an increased amount of heparin in blood.
