Abstract

Seasonal changes in the diurnal rhythm of the total saliva antioxidant activity were monitored using coulometric titration. One-hour shifts of the acrophase of this rhythm towards earlier hours in the spring and in the opposite direction in the autumn could be related to the practice of changing the clock to winter and summer time.
