Abstract
In this chapter, Professor Weldon attempts to find a “common ground” between the two very different educational systems, South Korea and the United States. He re-examines Paik's analysis in terms of the history, culture, and educational systems of the two countries. He concludes the chapter by raising a series of questions to stimulate further research.
