Abstract

A possible violation of the Pauli exclusion principle in nuclear decays has been investigated by studying the electron capture decay of71Ge. The probability of a violation was found to be <3·10−12 (95.5% c.l.). The probability of Pauli-forbidden\(\beta ^ \pm \) decay of127I was estimated to be <2·10−26.
