Abstract

An extension of the supersymmetric Standard Model to the left-right supersymmetric model (L-R SUSY), SU (2) L × SU (2) R × U (1)B-L, is considered. We investigate the possibility of detecting chargino and neutralino production at the LHC [Formula: see text] through the process [Formula: see text]. A numerical analysis is presented for the chargino mass [Formula: see text] neutralino mass [Formula: see text] and tan θκ = 1.6. Based on reasonable assumptions on W R , and assuming g L ≃ g R ≃ g, we take MW R = 1 TeV . The results are compared with the conventional background signal of the process [Formula: see text].
