Abstract

Meta-analyses have shown that situational judgement tests (SJTs) can be good predictors of performance (McDaniel et al., 2007) and also tend to have smaller ethnic group differences than cognitive ability tests (Whetzel & McDaniel, 2008). However, there are still significant gaps in our knowledge about design features, such as how best to score an SJT. This article evaluates a number of different methodologies for scoring SJTs.
