Abstract
A 66-year-old man with ectodermal dysplasia syndrome, right eye Type 1 Boston Keratoprosthesis (K-Pro), and chronic angle-closure glaucoma underwent cyclophotocoagulation diode in the right eye (2500 mW, 2-4 seconds), which resulted in scleral perforation with 3 Seidel positive holes along the inferotemporal limbus (Fig A). LiquiBand glue was applied and the perforations were covered with a Tutoplast scleral patch graft followed by amniotic membrane (Fig B). Two weeks later, the graft had fallen off (Fig C), and the large perforations coalesced.
