Abstract
For some time now, we have been using double label techniques in our laboratory. In our work we generate large numbers of samples containing 14C and 3H and varying amounts of quenching agents. The analysis of this data led us to develop SCINT, a simple and versatile program written in FORTRAN IV for use on our Control Data 1700 computer facility. We feel that such a program may be of use to the many workers now involved with dual isotope procedures who also have access to similar computer facilities.
