Abstract
Scin neoplasms are among the most common oncological diseases with the prevalence of basalioma. The paper рresents statistical analysis of the data of skin cancer morbidity and mortality rates in Krasnoyarsk Region summarized for the period since 1999 until 2007. In structure of the skin cancer morbidity defines a share basalioma and squamous cell carcinoma.

Подавляющую часть среди онкологической патологии составляет базально-клеточный рак кожи. В структуре заболеваемости раком кожи определена доля базалиомы и плоскоклеточного рака. В структуре онкологической патологии злокачественные новообразования (ЗНО) кожи занимают одно из ведущих мест со среднегодовым приростом на 2—3%. Большую часть среди онкологической патологии кожи занимают так называемые немеланомные раки, к которым относят базально-клеточный (БКР) и плоскоклеточный рак (ПКР) [12]. Задачи: выявить и сопоставить с общероссийскими основные показатели, характеризующие заболеваемость раком кожи в регионе за период с 1999 по 2007 г.; определить структуру заболеваемости раком кожи (С44 по шифру Международной классификации болезней 10-го пересмотра (МКБ-10)), вычислив частоту встречаемости базально-клеточного и плоскоклеточного рака
