Abstract
The article provides basic information about the creative path in science, pedagogy andfundamental medicine of the famous scientist, head of the department of pathophysiologyof Bukovinian State Medical University, dean of medical faculties No. 1 and No. 2, doctorof biological sciences, professor Valentyn Frantsovych Myslytsky. Valentyn Frantsovych’screative path, from the time he graduated from the Chernivtsi State Medical Institute to hisuntimely death, was indissolubly linked with his native Alma mater, where he fruitfully workedfrom 1969 to 1921. Myslytsky V. F. made a significant contribution to the development ofdomestic pathophysiology, continued the work started by his teacher Professor KirshenblatYa.D. the scientific direction of neuroendocrinology, having given it a new direction, leftbehind a powerful scientific school (9 candidates of medical sciences). His inspired work isworthy of imitation, and grateful students carry the baton of their Master with honor.
