Abstract
This study explores the scientific data on nicotine addiction and how it relates to tobacco lawsuits. It highlights the complexity of addiction by clarifying the ways in which nicotine has its hold on people through a thorough analysis of study findings. The study also examines smoking cessation techniques, highlighting both their advantages and disadvantages in relation to the law. This paper attempts to provide a sophisticated understanding of nicotine addiction and its implications in tobacco litigation by combining scientific information with legal issues.
