Abstract

It is shown that the scientific and chemical basis for the creation of high-strength concrete with increased resistance to cracking and durability is the chemical processes occurring in the concrete system in the presence of a highly effective complex chemical additive. The developed additive has a unique combination of components. The additive used as a base is a polycarboxylate polymer, which significantly enhances the effectiveness of these components. The developed highly efficient nano-modified concrete with improved performance can be recommended for high-rise housing construction, the manufacture of road surfaces for federal highways and construction sites in regions with permafrost. High-strength nanomodified concretes of increased operational reliability, chemical resistance and durability can be recommended for industrial and civil structures; loading and unloading terminals, shipping docks, piers, berths, offshore oilfield hydraulic structures, thermal and nuclear power plants, tunnels, embankments.
