Abstract
This research was conducted to develop an appropriate science project-based learning tools which is integrated with natural potential of Baruppu’ to embed environmental literacy skills of Junior High School students. The science project-based learning tool developed consists of lesson plan, student’s worksheet and environmental literacy assessments. This research was a research and development which adapted the 5 stages of ADDIE’s model, they were: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Quasi-experimental design with Non-equivalent Control-Group Design was used to know the effectiveness of product on development of student’s environmental literacy skills. Sample consisted of 50 students in grade VII of SMPN 1 Baruppu’. The result showed that the science project-based learning tools which is integrated with natural potential of Baruppu’ developed was appropriate to be used and effective to develop environmental literacy skills of Junior High School students.
