Abstract
Resumen El tumor de células granulares o tumor de Abrikossoff es una entidad rara que aparece en el género femenino de mediana edad. Su ubicación frecuente es en cabeza y cuello, siendo atípica su localización a nivel colorrectal y perianal. Su diagnóstico clínico es dificultoso, y requiere su confirmación mediante el estudio anatomopatológico e inmunohistoquímica. Su tratamiento lo constituye la escisión local con márgenes de seguridad y el posterior seguimiento del paciente. El objetivo es presentar el caso clínico de una mujer de 54 años con este diagnóstico, para su correlación clínica y tratamiento.
