Abstract

The present system of public education needs restructuring-everyone agrees to that. Much has been done in recent years to improve it: consider, for example, general education school reform. But numerous criticial comments received by the editors in the daily mail indicate that real changes are still far away. The system needs the same kind of revolutionary approach as other spheres of our life.
