Abstract
In this paper, we describe how we motivate senior school pupils using environmentalexperiments with a luxmeter. We also show how we ‘discover’ the photometrical law inclass. This type of teaching can help to show the connection between physics and daily life,and students can enjoy the process of investigating science.
