Abstract
PROGRAM: On April 21, 2014, Ohio Governor John Kasich signed House Bill (HB) 296 into law permitting schools to procure non-individual specific Epinephrine Auto Injectors (EAI) for use in emergency anaphylaxis. Participating schools must adopt a policy governing use and maintenance, written in collaboration with a licensed health professional who is authorized to prescribe.
