Abstract

Participation in scholarly activity (SA) is an ACGME requirement. Yet, our previous research with program directors (PDs) suggests that the current state of SA training is widely variable and suboptimal. To help programs meet ACGME requirements in a more consistent, effective way, it is critical to understand resident perspectives.
