Abstract

Unlike the city public transportation network planning, the indexes which affect urban and rural bus network planning is difficult to be quantified. So this paper applies vague sets to set the matrix of it. Firstly, calculate the entropy weight of each index. And then standardize the decision matrix considered weight. Finally, choose the best scheme according to the Euclidean closeness degree between the alternative and the ideal scheme. Above all, this method is applied to specific cases. With China's reform and opening up degree deepens, we need to construct network of urban and country public transportation integration for breaking urban-rural dual structure. The most commonly used to select the optimal scheme of city public traffic line network by choosing the appropriate indexes for quantified evaluation. This method is scientific, but the quantitative indexes of city public transportation network planning scheme do not apply to the urban and rural bus network planning scheme. Therefore, this article sets some new indexes for urban and rural bus network evaluation. As these indicators are difficult to be quantified, this paper then extends the qualitative analysis Delphi method. The key of this method is: convert expert opinion into vague set to represent each index of schemes, by processing the vague set to construct the decision matrix. After standardizing the decision matrix, calculate the weight based on entropy method and set the decision matrix considered weight. Finally, calculate and closeness degree based on the Euclidean distance of the alternative and ideal scheme to select the best layout scheme.
