Abstract

The ability to focus laser beam (λ = 0.65 nm), propagated through the scattering medium, was investigated both numerically and experimentally. Numerical estimations were performed with the Monte Carlo simulation and Shack— Hartmann technique. Experimental setup with the bimorph mirror as a laser beam corrector and two kinds of sensors as feedback devices — Shack-Hartmann sensor and far-field focal spot analyzer — was designed. Three kinds of correction algorithms were tested and compared to each other.
