A 40-year-old man with a history of diabetes presented to the Family Medicine Skin Clinic for evaluation of a facial rash. For the past 10 years, he said he’d experienced asymptomatic redness and scale on his face and scalp that would worsen during the winter or if he grew out his facial hair.What’s your diagnosis?
