Abstract

The electrical conductance measurements have been performed for single crystal Nd 2CuO 4− x−δ F x samples, by changing the parameters x and δ. It is confirmed that observed conductances are scaled by a single β-function from the weakly to the strongly localized regime. We claim that Nd 2CuO 4− x−δ F x is the two-dimensional Fermi-liquid system described by orthogonal symmetry.
